Medical Council of India provides an opportunity for qualified medical professionals to apply for all
- Registration,

The candidates should fill Application Form and submit the application to MCI with all supportive documents and Fee(Demand Draft)

GOOD STANDING CERTIFICATE
In case of Good Standing, the application should be submitted to MCI through “Registrar, State Medical Council” with whom the candidate is registered and should reach MCI
General Instructions
- Carefully fill by entering all the details required in the application.
- The name of the candidate or his/ her father/ husband etc should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates issued from MCI.
- Those candidates who are already holding registration with State Medical Councils need not apply for further registration with Medical Council of India as their names are enrolled in the Indian Medical Register through the State Medical Councils. The applications for such cases will be rejected. However they may apply for issue of Indian Medical Registration Certificate.
Late Fee: Candidate applying with the delay (more than 1 Year) has to pay the late fee (INR 1000 per year, wherever applicable) subject to the minimum amount of Rs 5000 along with the prescribed Registration Fee.
Note: Demand Draft for Registration Fee along with late fee (if applicable) should be drawn in favor of
Secretary, Medical Council of India, New Delhi.

REGISTRATION AND RENEWALS OF MAHARASHTRA MEDICAL COUNCIL (MMC)
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Application needs to be filled in by the applicant in his / her own handwriting.
- All particulars should be filled in neat legible hand in block letters ; (i.e., no running hand; lower case is permitted).
- No short forms should to be used
- The applicant must ensure that name entered in the application form exactly corresponds with his / her name with the supporting documents.
- Application may be submitted in person
- Demand Draft / Pay Order in the name of Registrar, Maharashtra Medical Council, payable in Mumbai only.
- Acceptance of Application is done in prescribed application forms are available on Maharashtra medical council website : www.mmcmumbai.com
- Forms will be accepted Monday to Friday (excluding holidays ) during 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the office of Maharashtra
Medical Council. An incomplete form or the one not accompanied by valid payment will not be accepted. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION WITH THE
MAHARASHTRA MEDICAL COUNCIL, MUMBAI

3. Certificate satisfactory completion of internship issued by the Head of the Institution Annexure I & II and

4. Proof of change of name in case of married woman desirous of registration in new name (Registration of marriage
certificate / Govt. gazette / affidavit)

6. N.O.C. in original for other state candidate valid for three month from the date of issue

- Demand Draft of Rs .500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) in favour of Registrar Maharashtra Medical Council payable at Mumbai up to 29/02/2012. From 1st March 2012 the prescribed form along with late fees of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) per month or part thereof, for renewal of the registration as per Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965 and Amendment Act, 2003, thereof.
- Application will be accepted at office from Monday to Friday between 10.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. except government declared holidays. (Lunch hours 1.00 pm to 1.30 p.m.)
