Raj Kumar, Vice President (Sales)

Raj Kumar is part of senior management at Apex and is looking after the sales and marketing in the capacity of Vice president. He had a very modest start in the company, but he rose to the uppermost level with his hard work and passion. We each need two kinds of teachers in our lives: one’s who dig in with us to help us find our way and others who guide us to maximize our way.

As a leader, Raj makes a good part of his living as the first kind of teacher — working with people to simplify and clarify their why before passing the bat on to the second kind of teacher who helps people scale their impact. He strongly believes that in every given situation, he has to do is keep walking, as the only thing standing between him and his path is time.
He connects his dots well as he believes in consistently sharing his thoughts. Putting one’s ideas, experiences, and creations out into the world isn’t easy. He proudly says that, “Both clarity and confidence aren’t only gained by getting things right. Theare also won by trying” He firmly believes that one of the most effective ways to learn how you and the world best collide is by not only following your curiosity but also sharing it.
His theory of working one-on-one with people really pays, and he is always quick in choosing where the best stuff lies.

Mrs. Monica Gusain, Vice President (Operations)

We are proud of our leaders who don’t let any negative circumstances bring them down. Amidst all the crisis calls, and regular service challenges they calmly try to do things differently. The priority is of course that even if the challenges are complex, they should be handled meaningfully. They love spending time around all those doctors/members who need them, and they try to make them smile. Calmness is the superpower for our service leaders and their ability to not overreact or take things personally always gives them the upper hand.

In most crisis cases, their efforts are far more productive and healthy and without thinking of other people’s good or bad opinions of them, they operate with their own intuition and wisdom as their guide. Mrs. Monica Gosain based out of Delhi, she always tries to elevate above all the negative consequences and challenges and help their team stand courageously and positively.

She Doesn’t just get things done, but her focus remains on getting the right things done. For her, results are always more important than the time it takes to achieve them. Anyone who comes across their contributions realizes that it is worth an effort.

Ajit Acharya

In the heart of Mumbai resides an unsung hero, Mr. Ajit Acharya. A key figure in the senior management of our organization, Ajit’s journey is a testament to resilience, innovation and the will to surpass cultural and linguistic barriers.

Hailing from Karnataka, Ajit’s transition to Mumbai wasn’t just geographical. Mumbai, pulsating with a rhythm of its own, predominantly echoes with the sounds of Hindi and the hustle of North-Indians. The challenge, therefore, wasn’t merely about adapting to a new city, but to a whole new cultural milieu. But Ajit, with his modest demeanor and unyielding spirit, took to this challenge with grace. For him, these were opportunities to grow, learn and pave his way to becoming an invaluable asset to his organization.

Ajit is blessed with a penchant for innovative ideas. In a rapidly digitizing world, he perceived the urgency of modernizing the traditional systems of AICL. His vision wasn’t confined to the present; he envisaged a future where the company could operate at the pinnacle of technological advancement. It’s his groundbreaking innovative ideas that has set him apart.

Ajit has been highly instrumental in our company’s transformation from redundant methods to modern, tech-savvy systems. Under his guidance, APEX underwent significant modernization, shifting from paperwork to digital processes and embracing automation. This wasn’t mere technological integration but a complete transformation of the company’s functional ethos. Ajit’s leadership style is rooted in humility; he values every team member’s perspective, distinguishing him as a true leader.

Ajit’s knack for innovation has not been just about introducing new tools; it has entailed transformation of the very way the company functions. He listens more than he speaks, valuing the perspectives of even the newest member on board. It is this blend of humility and foresight that makes Ajit not just a manager, but a true leader.

Ajit tale is one of undying spirit, adaptability, and the passion to innovate. His journey from the tranquil landscapes of Karnataka to the bustling corridors of a Mumbai corporate stands as an inspiration. It reminds us that with the right mindset, every challenge can be transformed into an opportunity, and every barrier can be a stepping stone to greater heights.
